Brandon & Bel: Denver First-Time Buyers Now Homeowners!

Brandon and Bel were referred to me by a lovely past client of mine. (Thank you so much Jessica for your continued loyalty, trust and support over the years! It sincerely means the absolute world to me) I was so excited to meet Bel and Brandon because of how much I love Jessica and her husband, Phil!

We had a buyer consultation and got a timeline together that made sense around their wedding. We set up a search and went and did a discovery day a couple months in advance of them being ready to actually purchase. We were able to hone in on what the right place looked liked for them before it was time to pull the trigger!

Fast forward to June, and we went out to look for places on a couple of occasions. On just our second set of showings, they found a home that was in such good condition that they didn't even know what to say!

After a few minutes of shock post-tour, they said, "Alright, well we should probably offer on it!" We quickly got a contract together, got it over to the seller, and got this deal under contract!

We had no issues through the appraisal process and were able to negotiate inspection items for the very minor items that ended up coming up on this house. A few weeks later, these lovely humans closed on their very first house and I am so excited for the two of them!
