For this month's business spotlight, we are featuring Nicole Rosenberg, Owner of Rosenberg Renovations! Rosenberg Renovations is a female-owned, general contracting company that specializes in interior renovations, roofing, and pre-sale touch-ups.
Nicole's father and grandfather were both roofers, which sparked her love for construction at an early age. Her past 10 years in Denver have been spent working as a general contractor. About three years ago during the pandemic, Nicole went out on her own and opened her own company! Her company services the greater Denver area and takes on projects from kitchen/bathroom remodels to larger scale remodeling.
Nicole loves that this job provides something different everyday. She enjoys getting to go into a person's space in their house and make it something completely new. Bathroom and kitchen renovations are her favorite type of renovation.
Nicole and her company work closely with a handful of agents. They like to build long-term relationships with not only agents, but clients as well. They pride themselves on their honesty, communication, punctuality and quality of work. One of their specialties they really enjoy is helping Sellers get help to get their home ready to hit the market.
