Heather: Downtown Denver Condo Owner

Heather and I originally met through my financial advisor, Davis Linden. (Thank you Davis for the referral long ago!) I helped her and her business partner purchase a rental property, as well as another investment property over the past 2 years.

Throughout the process of working with Heather, I got to know her and am now lucky enough to consider her a great friend of mine. She is also a very talented SEO specialist who I get to work with in my own business as well! She crushes it!

A couple of months ago, Heather mentioned wanting to start the process of buying a new space for herself downtown - she was searching for her castle in the sky. After a couple of months of figuring out the financing portion, she got the green light to go ahead and start searching!

We found a great condo for Heather that she quickly went under contract on. Unfortunately, just a few days before closing, there was an issue found with the building that did not allow her to obtain financing on the unit.

After terminating that deal, she very quickly found another condo that she liked even better that had just come on the market! She went and looked at it right away, and immediately wanted to pursue it. We got an offer over to the Seller that included quite a bit of concessions up front to help with an interest rate buy-down. To our surprise, the Seller signed!

The appraisal ended up coming back higher than the contract price, and we were able to get Heather substantial inspection credits while under contract. Overall, this deal was an absolute slam dunk for Heather and I am so glad that the first property terminated so that she could end up in this amazing position with this beautiful new castle in the sky!
