I met Katie and Daniel over two years ago! Katie and Daniel had been working with another agent previously and had actually gone under contract on a home with that agent, but were disappointed with how everything turned out. So, they contacted me shortly after as they were looking for a new agent! Lucky me! Soon enough, we were out looking at houses!

In the midst of us looking at homes, these two had some big life changes (they got engaged and decided to get married!), so their search was very on and off over the past two years. However, after their wedding and honeymoon, they were ready to go ahead and find a property so they could start building their family together.

Even after nearly two years of searching, we only ended up viewing about 20 houses. I’m thrilled that the best one we saw during that time turned out to be this beautiful home on Nelson that they secured!!

Upon entering the home with Katie, we could pretty quickly tell that this home would be a great fit! I then went and saw the property with Daniel a day later, and they decided to aggressively pursue it.

It was a good thing they did because there ended up being a handful of offers on the home after just 24-48 hours on the market. These two put their all into it, and we were able to win the multiple-offer situation while still paying well within the range that the comps supported for the home’s value.

After just a couple of weeks, we were able to negotiate some additional concessions for items found during the inspection. The deal was a bit turbulent, but I am so happy that these two are getting such an awesome house and moving forward with this next chapter of their lives that they so deserve!

Congratulations, Katie and Daniel! I know it took a while to get here, but I had so much fun along the way with both of you! I can't think of two better people for this awesome house. Congratulations!
