Kristen: New Littleton Homeowner!

Kristen and I met back in college through mutual friends. We ended up moving out to Denver together six years ago. Kristen and I actually both initially studied for our real estate exam together; however, she ended up opting not to take the test once she got a good job in Denver.

Fast forward a couple of years, and Kristen decided she wanted to join my real estate team! I told her I would love to have her on the team, but one of the requirements is that she first purchase a property! This is so our agents are intimately familiar with the process and can better assist clients.

So, lo and behold, Kristen started the process of buying a home! After a couple of weeks of looking and writing a couple of offers, Kristen found a place that she loved. We quickly got an offer together and gave the seller a tight deadline, which resulted in Kristen going under contract on a great home! We were able to negotiate a few important items during the inspection, the appraisal came in a couple thousand over the contract price, and overall the deal went smoothly.

Congratulations Kristen! Words cannot express how proud I am of you and how both of our lives have unfolded since we both moved to Denver. I am wishing you the best of luck and happiness in your new home! I am also beyond excited to have you on the team! Woohoo!
