Mike & Michele: Newest Parker Residents!

I met Mike and Michele through Mike's sister, Claire! Thank you SO much Claire for the referral! Mike reached out after I sold his sister's home this past spring. I had a virtual consultation with him and his wife, Michele, where they told me their plans of what they were looking to do.

Fast forward a couple of weeks, and they had gotten pre-approved with my amazing Lender, Abby McDaniel, with DNVR Lending. Once they had gotten pre-approved, we looked at a couple of houses so we knew they could find what they wanted on the market before making the jump!

We then set up a formal search and had a listing presentation at their home, so we could talk through all of the details of how to navigate buying a new home and selling their current home.

After just a month of looking seriously, they found a perfect fit for them! The house that they pursued came on the market at 6:00am, we were in the house by 11:00am, and had an offer in the hands of the seller just a few hours later. Later that day, they ended up going under contract!

Mike and Michele were able to tie up this great house for about $40,000 BELOW what the comps support that the home is worth!

In addition to getting the house at a great price, we were also able to negotiate $27,000 in inspection credits, a new roof, and some additional repairs! Overall, the deal was extremely smooth and I could not be more ecstatic for these two lovely humans and this amazing deal that they were able to snag!!
