Olivia: First-Time Denver Homeowner

Olivia found me online! She reached out through my website and asked to have a consultation. Soon after receiving her inquiry, we had a consultation and hit it off! After Olivia’s discovery day, there was a property that she was very interested in. A few days later, we wrote an offer, and she went under contract on it! After getting through the inspection, there were a few larger items that needed to be addressed. However, the Seller was not willing to be reasonable throughout the negotiation process, and Olivia wisely opted to terminate that deal.

Within a few weeks, we found another property that was a great fit for Olivia! On this home, we were able to negotiate an interest rate buydown, which means that Olivia’s monthly payment will be less than what it would have been otherwise! Upon going under contract and conducting an inspection, we found a few items that Olivia wanted to ensure were addressed. The Seller was more than happy to complete several large repairs, as well as provide additional concessions to Olivia to help offset her closing costs. After we got through the inspection period, Olivia had her appraisal done. The appraisal ended up coming back over the contract price, meaning Olivia is walking into instant equity!
