Sarah & Stephanie: Out Of State Buyers & Now Centennial Homeowners

Stephanie and Sarah were referred to me by their fantastic agent in St. Louis and our amazing referral partner, Lance Merrick. Huge thanks to Lance for connecting us!

Initially, Stephanie and Sarah had been working with an agent in Denver but weren’t entirely satisfied with the experience. After a phone call where they shared their concerns, we scheduled a consultation. Following our consultation, they decided to move forward with me as their agent!

We quickly set up their home search, finalized agency agreements, and planned a discovery day for their upcoming trip to Denver. When they arrived, we spent the weekend touring multiple homes. To our delight, the very first home we saw turned out to be the perfect fit!

We submitted an offer to the Seller, and before long, we were under contract! We successfully negotiated initial seller concessions for a rate buy-down and secured additional items during the inspection. To top it off, the property appraised above the contract price!

In just a few short weeks, we were at the closing table! I was also able to help Stephanie and Sarah coordinate with contractors so they could have painting and flooring completed right after closing before relocating across the country!
